Privacy policy
This page explains what sayndtech.com collects when you visit it or contact us, and why. We keep it to what we need to answer you and to understand how the site is used.
Project brief and company profile
When you send a project brief we receive your name and email and, if you add them, your phone number, company, the services you need, budget, start date, how you'd like us to reach you and your message. To download our company profile we ask for your name, email and, optionally, your phone number.
We use these details only to reply to you, prepare a proposal and follow up. They are stored on our own server and read by the SayndTech team. We don't sell them or share them with advertisers.
While you fill in the brief, a draft is kept in your own browser (local storage) so nothing is lost if you leave the page. It is removed when you send the brief or start a new one.
Live chat
If you write to us in the chat, we keep your messages, the page you were on and anything you choose to leave, such as your email. A random key kept in your browser's local storage lets the conversation continue after a reload.
Visits, counted without cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no third-party analytics or advertising tools. Your IP address is never stored: it is combined with your browser's details and a secret that changes every day into a one-way code (a hash), so we can tell which pages were seen during one visit but can't recognise you on another day.
With that code we record the pages you view, the time spent on them, how far you scroll, which contact links you tap, the site or campaign that brought you here, and your approximate country, type of device, browser and language.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and chats are kept for as long as they're useful for our work with you. Visit statistics are kept for a limited time and then deleted.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your data
You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to info@sayndtech.com. We'll reply as soon as we can.
